In this key role, you will be responsible for establishing a client base of individuals, organizations, associations, and corporate businesses through direct selling. Your goal will be to secure business for the hotel to meet or exceed room night sales and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business.
  • Negotiate guest room rates, meeting room rentals, and hotel services.
  • Accurately produce and review sales contracts and proposals.
  • Handle inquiry calls, providing client proposals according to established policies.
  • Maintain and update client files.
  • Produce monthly sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows and sales trips.
  • Interact with outside contacts, ensuring guest satisfaction and generating repeat business.
  • Participate in community relations activities.

Guest Experience:
  • Work closely with hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon with clients.
  • Conduct special events and site inspections for potential clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure future bookings.
