As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team, including buyer's agents and showing assistants. Your role will include:
- Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques.
- Planning and directing sales team training to meet organizational goals.
- Developing a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Setting individual and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitoring team performance and motivating them to achieve targets.
- Overseeing budgeting and controlling expenses.
- Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
