We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to sell a variety of products and services to customers, while providing valuable information regarding our products, their uses, and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a variety of goods and services to customers.
  • Provide information related to products, their uses, and prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain store organization.
  • Process customer payments and handle product exchanges and returns according to company policy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.

Skills: Excellent customer service, payment processing, product knowledge, and communication skills in both Arabic and English are highly desirable.

About The Role
As the Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah, you will lead the housekeeping team in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. What You Will Do
  • Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are impeccably maintained.

What You Bring

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.
