Your Job Responsibilities:
- Developing talents within the team through training and appointments.
- Supervising daily operations related to visual merchandising.
- Providing support to store staff during events.
- Ensuring electronic operations and verifying data.
- Increasing revenue targets and boosting sales.
- Providing feedback to improve the overall store performance.
Your Success Factors:
- Nationality: Saudi or treated as a Saudi citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience as a showroom manager or supervisor.
- Good leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
