Join Parsons as a Lead Tourism Specialist
We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to lead our tourism initiatives aimed at enhancing Yanbu's position as a key destination. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement tourism strategies aligned with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s national objectives and Vision 2030.

Responsibilities:
  • Tourism Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive tourism strategies for Yanbu, identify key tourism products and services, and lead the establishment of a Destination Management Organization (DMO).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with government agencies, local businesses, and tour operators to boost local and international visitor numbers.
  • Tourism Promotion and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and advocate for tourism infrastructure investments.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify tourism trends and provide insights to the Business Development Department.
  • Tourism Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with national regulations and policies in all tourism initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Development, Hospitality, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in tourism development, preferably in the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and national tourism policies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with Arabic proficiency preferred.

  • Ability to create accurate accounting entries and manage financial statements.
  • Proficient in accounting software and reporting/monitoring.
