• Ensure cash drawers balance at the start of shifts with adequate change.
• Greet customers entering the establishment and maintain a clean checkout area.
• Coordinate with the Cash Audit team regarding employee shifts that have not been closed daily.
• Address and resolve customer financial complaints with empathy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent.
• Experience: 02 years in cash handling.
• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
