Role Overview:
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team, including buyer's agents and showing assistants. Your role will include:

• Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training, and coaching on sales techniques.
• Planning and directing sales team training to meet organizational goals.
• Developing a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues.
• Setting individual and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitoring team performance and motivating them to achieve targets.
• Overseeing budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Collecting customer feedback and conducting market research.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

We are LUXURY LEVEL company for hotel supplies. We need a hotel sales representative in Medina. The company does not provide a fixed salary, there is a percentage (three%) of the total order value and a commission from each order (two thousand riyals). There is a two-day vacation per week. Work starts from ten in the morning to four in the evening. Job interviews will be held to select the appropriate person and sign contracts according to the terms and conditions.

Job Description: At Vision United Industries, we are looking for a talented sales representative to gather data and specifications related to products (goods and services) and to prepare a database of current and prospective customers. You will be responsible for contacting or visiting customers, presenting sales offers, completing the sale process, following up with customers, and collecting debts, in addition to preparing and presenting work reports.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build a database of current and prospective customers with their data, addresses, and phone numbers.
• Contact customers or visit them to promote products (goods and services), present sales offers, and review their specifications and competitive advantages.
• Verify prices and grant discounts within the authorized limits.
• Complete the sale process, issue the invoice, and collect the amount.
• Collect customer debts, record, document, and remit them to the finance department.
• Prepare and present work reports, document, and save them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising and Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or Sales Management.
