As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in making business travel work by providing exceptional service to our guests at Crowne Plaza®. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, creating a lasting impression through our 'Dare to Connect' service style.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, register, check in and out guests in accordance with Hotel Brand and legal requirements.
• Process all cashiering transactions and adhere to accounting procedures.
• Be familiar with rooms sales to maximize bookings according to strategies.
• Liaise with departments for guest needs and monitor room allocations.
• Handle telephone calls courteously for guests and staff.
• Maintain all documentation related to guest stays and hotel operations.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

Qualifications:
Must be fluent in Chinese and have excellent communication skills. You will interact with various departments and need to be proactive in meeting guest needs. Experience in a hotel or customer service environment is preferred.
