About the Role:
A knowledgeable Accounting Manager is sought to supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities within the accounting department. The Accounting Manager will drive team performance and maximize individual contributions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee overall accounting strategy.
  • Oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Coordinate, perform, and complete annual audits.
  • Manage company's financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets.
  • Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting information.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and regularly produce financial reports or statements.
  • Establish and adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
  • Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Encourage adherence to standards among employees.
  • Recruit, train, and hire new employees.
  • Provide improvement recommendations.
  • Enhance systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Proficient in tax preparation software and databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced data management and analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and supervisory skills.
  • High attention to detail and passion for accuracy.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with ability to supervise effectively.
  • Highly motivated with independent functioning and multi-tasking ability.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success.
