The Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will serve as a pivotal partner to our executive leadership, driving operational excellence and elevating the guest experience at Red Sea Global Hospitality. Your influence will extend beyond traditional administrative responsibilities, encompassing high-level strategic collaboration, project leadership, and operational innovation.

Your contributions will help ensure that Red Sea Global Hospitality remains at the forefront of responsible tourism and hospitality excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Administrative and Executive Support: Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel and logistics.
2. Guest Experience Optimization: Collaborating with teams to enhance guest feedback and operations.
3. Strategic Project Leadership and Cross-Functional Coordination: Leading projects to improve guest experiences.
4. Liaison and Strategic Communication: Ensuring clear communication between executives and departments.
5. Data Analytics and Strategic Reporting: Conducting analysis to guide executive decisions.
6. Financial Oversight and Resource Optimization: Monitoring departmental budgets.
7. Operational Improvement Initiatives: Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Executive Event Strategy and Representation: Leading the planning of executive events.
9. Global Hospitality Benchmarking and Compliance: Ensuring performance meets international standards.
10. Sustainability and Regenerative Hospitality: Integrating sustainable principles into operations.
11. Additional Responsibilities: Performing any duties required for smooth operations.

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Purchasing Management Certificate (CAME - PMC).

  • Arabic - Advanced
  • English - Advanced (Nice to have)
