At 2P Perfect Presentation, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and taking appropriate actions.
- Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies for accurate customer information.
- Adhere to call center scripts and guidelines to ensure quality service.
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in one of the following languages: Turkish, French, Malay, Urdu, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with call center software and computer applications.
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
