We are seeking an experienced Call Center Manager for one of our clients in the Real Estate industry in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in managing and improving our client’s contact center operations.
Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations.
- Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in the same field
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and ensure high levels of performance in the contact center.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer relationships.
- Train and monitor team members regularly to enhance their skills.
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Resident of Saudi Arabia.
- At least 6 years of managerial experience in a similar role.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Excellent skills in developing strategies.
- Non-Saudis should meet the Ministry of Human Resources standards.
