Join Nestlé as an AR Accountant!
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivables Accountant to join our dynamic team at Nestlé Saudi Arabia in Jeddah. This role is crucial in managing and overseeing the company's receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and supporting our finance team in alignment with accounting standards.

Your Role:
  • Collection Management: Oversee and manage the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments from customers.
  • Invoice Processing: Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts receivable balances and resolve discrepancies.
  • Customer & Sales Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers and address any payment-related inquiries or issues.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on accounts receivable status and collection efforts for management.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support: Assist the finance team with audits, month-end closing, and other financial tasks.

Are You a Fit?
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 13 years in accounts receivable or similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy.
