Job Description: You will work as part of the sales team, where you will sell a range of goods and services to customers. You will provide information related to products, their uses, and prices, as well as handle payments.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Sell a range of goods and services to customers.
  • Provide information related to products, uses, and prices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and keep the store organized.
  • Issue purchase orders for products and handle incoming products.
  • Handle payments and receive payments from customers.
  • Process product return and exchange requests according to the established policy.

Requirements:
  • One year of practical experience in sales.
  • Educational qualification: high school level.
  • Advanced customer service skills and updated product knowledge.
  • Proficiency in the Arabic language.

The Role:

  • Work collaboratively with Front Office and Sales Team.

Qualifications and Standards:
  • Graduate of Hospitality Management, Tourism and Travel, or related courses.
  • Fluent in English and/or Arabic.
  • Experience with Opera PMS System.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
