Join Our Team as a Branch Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager for our sports club, مركز خطوة رشاقة الرياضي. In this role, you will oversee the development and management of branch goals in alignment with the organization's strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Setting and preparing the branch's plans and objectives in line with the organization's priorities.
  • Ensuring that adequate resources are available for daily operations.
  • Supervising staff performance and development programs.
  • Managing partnerships with external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience in sports clubs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred certifications include:
  • California Certification (SPHR-CA)
  • Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
  • Project Management (PMI)
