• Clarify and address any concerns regarding purchase requests data directly with the initiating department.
• Coordinate with buyers on all aspects of procurement to ensure timely processing and deliveries.
• Verify, follow up on, and manage all pending orders through system reports.
• Ensure timely forwarding of all approved purchase orders to the concerned vendors.
• Monitor daily market deliveries, review discrepancies, and provide updates.
• Inform stakeholders of new product availability and market trends to ensure best practices.
