- Make necessary backups for the stored data.
- Adhere to data confidentiality instructions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretarial, Programming and Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- Preferably hold certifications like CISA and Microsoft Office Specialist.
Skills:
- Archiving and document classification skills.
- Proficiency in document management software.
- Accurate interpretation of handwritten documents.
- Advanced skills in computer technology and data collection.
