Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other digital channels to ensure alignment with the brand voice.
  • Use SEO, SEM, and PPC tactics to improve website traffic and rankings.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials.
  • Manage budgets for digital campaigns and report ROI to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (35 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital campaigns.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (*, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with graphic design tools (*, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
