- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Oversee content creation for websites, blogs, social media, email, and other digital channels to ensure alignment with the brand voice.
- Use SEO, SEM, and PPC tactics to improve website traffic and rankings.
- Analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across key platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging marketing materials.
- Manage budgets for digital campaigns and report ROI to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (35 years) in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in managing and executing digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (*, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of basic design principles and familiarity with graphic design tools (*, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
