Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting functions including income tracking and expense logging.
  • Maintain detailed service records and cost tracking for each customer booking.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, invoices, and summaries.
  • Assist in compliance with Saudi VAT regulations.
  • Coordinate with cleaning staff regarding job and payment information.
  • Provide financial updates to management, supporting decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Knowledge of Saudi VAT laws and audit requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
