Job Description:
Job Summary: Study, collect, and analyze financial data and processes and present and disclose financial information through financial statements.

Priority Responsibilities / Tasks:
  • Review all financial transactions and audit them financially and systematically in terms of attachments, accuracy of accounts, validity of signatures, authorities, receipts, and credits to ensure compliance with adopted policies and procedures.
  • Document financial transactions by entering accounting entries and data.
  • Prepare the trial balance before and after adjustments.
  • Issue periodic follow-up reports on various financial transactions.
  • Monitor compliance with the application of the system and financial policies.
  • Prepare necessary reconciliations for the company's accounts with external parties' accounts such as banks and sister companies.
  • Monitor the financial advances with employees and ensure they are reviewed at specified times.
  • Participate in preparing the required data for final accounts and the balance sheet and preparing adjustment entries and the income and loss statement.
  • Summarize the current financial position by gathering information.

Job Requirements:
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Competencies:
  • Reporting skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting practices.
  • High accuracy in collecting and analyzing all data.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced Excel.

Knowledge:
  • International accounting standards for preparing financial reports.
  • Basics of financial accounting.
  • Commercial systems and related legislation.
  • Knowledge of regulations and systems related to Zakat, taxes, and relevant accounting treatments.

Work Experience:
Preferably has 5 years or more in financial management.
