Since 2011, we own a group of well-known companies such as Ghadan, Rakeen, and Waref, in partnership with a network of global and regional partners. Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Job Level: Advanced

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in artistic production and transforming ideas and concepts into attractive and effective visual designs.
• Ability to design presentations and documents.
• Creating visual identities and logos.
• Designing various print materials and publications.
• Developing templates and work models.
• Proficiency in design and visual coordination software (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS PowerPoint, Canva).
• Possession of a portfolio showcasing expertise in the mentioned areas.
• A good understanding of nonprofit projects and services related to Hajj & Umrah is preferred.

Contract Duration: One year.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have an artistic background, be proficient in sketching, and possess strong organizational skills. This role focuses on crafting compelling visual content across social media, branding, and multimedia campaigns without any mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and multimedia content.
• Utilize strong sketching and artistic skills to conceptualize and refine design ideas.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high design standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and design innovations to continuously elevate our creative services.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Strong artistic background with proven sketching skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (*, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is highly desirable.
