Join our vibrant team as a Hotel Receptionist! At شركة مدن الخير الفندقية, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will oversee and coordinate guest services, ensuring check-ins and check-outs are seamless and efficient.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supervise guest services at the reception desk.
  • Maintain booking lists and provide necessary documentation.
  • Encourage a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Address disputes and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with travel agencies and booking parties.
  • Review hotel pricing and organize billing accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced skills in Communication.

Certificates and Licenses (Nice to have):
  • MCSE 2003
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHRi)
  • Certified Strategic Leader (CAME - SLC)
  • Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)

  • Arabic: Advanced
