About the Role
Join the team at Fairmont Breakers Long Beach as a Room Attendant and be part of our luxurious hospitality experience. Located in the Makkah Region, this role is essential to upholding the high standards of our iconic hotel, situated just steps from the Masjid Al Haram and the Holy Ka’aba.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard.
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience for guests.
• Respect guests’ privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service.
• Ensure all specific tasks are completed within the allocated time frame to the standard required by the Housekeeping Managers.
• Be courteous and discreet in responding to guest requests.
• Handle guest queries in accordance with company standards.
• Train new employees to required standards.
• Report any damage to linen and equipment through the correct channels.
• Comply with hotel policies and procedures regarding fire, health and safety, and hygiene.
• Attend regular training sessions.
• Always prioritize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Passion for guest service.
• Results-oriented and flexible, able to work well under pressure.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and guest requests.
