As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect during their stay at our hotel.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect keys and daily assignments before preparing trolley and necessary equipment.
  • Maintain and clean guest rooms, replacing room supplies according to the hotel’s Standards of Performance.
  • Clean bathrooms and restock amenities in line with safety guidelines.
  • Tidy and arrange guests’ belongings while ensuring quality assurance standards.
  • Coordinate with Valet Service to manage guest laundry requests.
  • Keep guest corridors, service areas, and pantries clean and organized.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
  • Consider guests' needs in public areas to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate in a safe, environmentally friendly way to protect health and safety.
  • Adhere to the hotel's environmental, health, and safety policies.

Qualifications: This position is ideal for entry-level applicants who wish to start their careers in the hospitality industry. A passion for cleanliness and guest service is essential.
