You will be responsible for managing phone communications and welcoming guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Hilton's commitment to exceptional service.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and connect telephone calls to appropriate extensions.
  • Take and relay messages for the HR office.
  • Receive, distribute, and manage incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  • Complete daily administrative checklists.
  • Utilize the intercom and voicemail system effectively.
