Join Kanoo Terminal Services Ltd (KTS), a leader in the logistics sector, as an HR & Admin Controller. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing our HR operations and administrative functions, supporting our diverse team in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Functions: Handle recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure the smooth integration of new hires. Support employee relations by addressing queries and resolving conflicts.
- Assist in performance management by tracking progress and supporting managers. Maintain accurate attendance and leave records to ensure timely payroll processing, while ensuring compliance with labor laws, Saudization, and company policies.
- Admin Functions: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with vendors. Handle travel arrangements and organize meetings. Maintain organized HR and administrative records, ensuring compliance, and prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, Saudization, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and strong time management.
