Position Overview: We are seeking an HR Manager who is driven, strategic, and committed to creating an engaging employee experience. This role will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for creating a supportive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and values.
  • Oversee the employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Lead the recruitment process including job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, and hiring decisions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Implement performance management systems for feedback and career development.
  • Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and team-building activities.
  • Develop policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution.
  • Manage training and development programs.
  • Maintain HR records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay current with industry trends in HR management.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • HR certification is a plus.
