Role Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and use appropriate sales techniques to meet sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and restock supplies.
• Handle new product launches and promotional offers effectively.
• Create standards for guest experience to enhance customer loyalty.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Assist customers in assessing their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Communicate product uses and benefits effectively.
• Track and report daily sales progress.
• Ensure marketing levels in-store meet brand expectations.
• Report stock shortages using the appropriate procedures.

Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in the beauty industry is required.
