Join Raffles Hotels & Resorts as a Director of Marketing & Communications, where you will be responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and budget control of the hotel’s annual marketing and communications strategy. You will oversee all matters relating to the marketing and communications plan including media relations, digital marketing, consumer relationship management, social media, advertising, brand identity, and collateral production, ensuring fully integrated campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 710 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that led to increased revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to effectively manage budgets and resources.
- Knowledge of market trends and effective competitive analysis.
