Responsibilities:

• Handling pending bookings.
• Reviewing booking option dates on a daily basis.
• Reviewing arrivals daily: One day before, three days before, and seven days before arrival.
• Sending payment to suppliers.
• Meeting all company policies and procedures.
• Following schedule changes based on business volume.

Program Requirements:

• The candidate must be a Saudi National.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• The candidate should not be currently employed.
• Must not have previous Tamheer participation.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Fast learner.

We are looking for a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to oversee and coordinate guest services at our hotel reception. Your primary responsibilities will include handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date reservation list and provide necessary paperwork for records.
• Enhance customer service levels and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and disputes.
• Implement hotel policies and procedures consistently.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with travel agencies and booking parties.
• Review hotel rates and organize invoices accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Upper Secondary Education.
• Skills in Customer Service (Beginner).
• Language proficiency in English (Beginner).
