Project Management Engineer

A project management manager with at least 7 years of experience in project management is required, preferably with a PMP certificate or its equivalent, with strong experience in leading teams and managing resources. The candidate must possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all administrative and technical levels, with full mastery of the Arabic language and preferably knowledge of English. The manager will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing strategic project plans and managing the schedule and budget • Leading the work team and distributing tasks and ensuring that objectives are met on time • Preparing periodic reports, analyzing risks, and proposing appropriate solutions • Coordinating with all stakeholders and managing client expectations • Ensuring the application of best practices in project management and achieving the required quality standards • Monitoring workflow, evaluating performance, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement, in the field of catering services throughout the year for Hajj and Umrah.

A coffee (barista) maker with experience in preparing and serving hot and cold beverages at a professional level is required, with the ability to deal with customers in an elegant and polite manner. The candidate must have at least one year of experience in the field of preparing coffee and specialty drinks, with a good knowledge of different types of coffee and their preparation methods. Main tasks: • Preparing and serving various types of coffee and hot and cold beverages • Maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of coffee preparation equipment • Managing inventory and ordering supplies • Applying quality and food safety standards • Customer service and handling their requests professionally • Keeping the work area clean
