We are looking for a capable Project Management Specialist to oversee the management of projects and programs within our organization. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the development of project execution plans, monitoring progress, managing budgets, and ensuring projects meet their objectives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the development and implementation of project plans and programs.
• Oversee budgeting processes, resource allocation, and ensure timely provision of required human, technical, and equipment resources.
• Identify project assumptions and interdependencies, optimally utilize available resources, and manage project risks effectively.
• Coordinate with project teams to review completed work and ensure adherence to project scope, management standards, and quality specifications.
• Facilitate the closure of key project phases and evaluate the achievement of project deliverables against objectives.
• Prepare regular project progress reports, risk management updates, and performance indicators for various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Engineering Management.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), California Certification (SPHR-CA), SOCPA Fellowship, PMI Project Management Professional (CAME - PMP).
