- Technical and Operations:
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Manage all project-related documentation, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
- Conduct on-site visits to oversee operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Foster effective communication and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation, working closely with the Finance Department.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement within project management.
- Talent Development:
- Lead and coach team members, fostering empowerment and ownership.
- Conduct performance reviews and oversee development plans.
Position Requirements:
- Location: Taif City
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in project management.
