Key Responsibilities:
- Manage programmatic and non-programmatic sponsorship communications.
- Train volunteers and community leaders on sponsorship procedures and child safeguarding standards.
- Facilitate community assemblies for accountability and family engagement.
- Ensure high-quality sponsorship documentation production.
- Conduct visits and report on cases requiring attention, ensuring follow-ups with families.
- Coordinate visits with sponsors and manage interactions with participating families and communities.
- Support programmatic actions required for educational scholarships and special services.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of one year experience in community organization and development.
- Basic knowledge of planning, implementation, and evaluation of social development programs.
- Degree in social sciences, sociology, economy, or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Q'eqchi language is an advantage.
