Join us as a Receptionist at the Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Charity Endowments Foundation!
We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Receptionist. You will be responsible for welcoming visitors and clients, identifying their needs, and directing them to the appropriate departments. Your duties will also include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, or transferring them to specialists.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming visitors and greeting them.
• Identifying visitors' requests and providing them with the required information.
• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
• Making internal calls to obtain information.
• Scheduling interviews and recording clients' names.
• Adhering to internal policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
• At least 3 years of work experience.
• A bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service, Executive Secretarial).
• Advanced skills in customer service and reception.
• Proficiency in Arabic, with a preference for proficiency in other languages such as English, Turkish, Spanish, and Urdu.
Benefits:
• A salary ranging from 4000 to 6000 Saudi Riyals.
• Working six days a week in a morning/evening shift.
