As a Receptionist at Hilton, you will provide exceptional reception services to guests, ensuring their experience from check-in to check-out is outstanding. Your role is essential in creating memorable first impressions and facilitating a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience, including check-in/out procedures.
  • Maintain communication with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors about guest feedback.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service consistently.
  • Participate in training and development initiatives.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, and packages.
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services.
  • Follow procedures for accepting various forms of payment.
  • Comply with hotel security and health regulations.
  • Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Completion of a high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Competent level of IT proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:
