We are seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to lead our sales department and develop strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales plans, and ensuring efficient operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead the sales department operations.
  • Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve sales objectives.
  • Monitor and control sales budgets to optimize resource utilization.
  • Oversee the sales team and provide guidance and coaching.
  • Conduct market visits to assess coverage and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide customers with information about new or improved products.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network.
  • Enforce sales administration procedures for smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with storehouse supervisor for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for promotions.
  • Monitor customer returns and manage costs associated with returns.
  • Ensure timely payments through cash and credit collections.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business and over 7 years of sales experience in Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs).
