Role Overview:
As a Key Account Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients including travel agencies, tour operators, and OTAs.
  • B2B Sales & Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive sales within the B2B travel sector.
  • Bed-bank Operations: Manage hotel inventory and contracting processes.
  • Market & Industry Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competition.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Event & Networking Participation: Represent TBO at industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Strong B2B negotiation and sales management experience.
  • A self-motivated work style with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop sales with travel agents.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
