As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary objective is to maximize and contribute to store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. You will perform various operational duties as directed by the store manager.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary objective is to maximize and contribute to store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. You will perform various operational duties as directed by the store manager.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program.
- Follow the selling guidelines: GUEST (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
- Merchandise:
- Ensure attractive product displays as per standard layout norms.
- Maintain inventory reports for stock in/out.
- Efficiently manage the POS and billing counter.
- Ensure compliance with SOP and Loss Prevention Policies.
