At United Motors Group, we are seeking a dedicated Parts Sales Supervisor to oversee our Parts Sales Staff across our Front and Workshop Counters. This role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow within our parts department.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily activities of the Parts Sales team at both retail and workshop counters.
• Assist with invoicing, part number identification, and quotations to provide prompt service to our customers.
• Prepare reports on unfilled parts and coordinate VOR order requests with the Parts Supervisor.
• Track and report on parts held for customers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet sales budgets.
• Assist in parts identification and ensure the accurate supply of parts to customers.
• Verify invoicing accuracy and communicate any discrepancies to the Regional Parts Manager.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Regional Parts Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic.
• Good computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
