About the Role:
As a Sales Representative in our Retail Sales department, you will be a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the company’s growth by driving revenue and expanding our customer base. You will utilize your skills in financial products, communication, and problem-solving to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers who may benefit from the company's finance products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Provide detailed information about available products and services to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling the company’s products.
  • Create and implement sales plans to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
