As a Storekeeper at NAQUA, you will play a crucial role in managing material receipts and ensuring proper inventory management. You will work within a dynamic environment that values team collaboration and quality performance.
General Responsibilities:
- Receive materials according to Delivery Note/Packing Slip/Invoice and verify completeness.
- Update Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper coding and placement of materials in designated locations.
- Handle rejected materials accordingly and facilitate their return to suppliers.
- Maintain safety standards during material handling and report maintenance needs.
Required Experience and Skills:
- High School or Higher Secondary education.
- At least two years of work experience in materials handling.
- Knowledge of inventory management processes and documentation.
- Ability to read and write in English.
