Warehouse Keeper Position at Jeddah Paints and Mortars Factory Company
Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment? We offer you the opportunity to work as a warehouse keeper at Jeddah Paints and Mortars Factory Company. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and storing materials and goods and participating in inventory management.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving materials and verifying their compliance with the specified specifications.
  • Organizing and storing goods and equipment in their correct locations.
  • Preparing and issuing materials to the relevant parties according to the approved mechanism.
  • Determining the needs for goods upon inventory arrival.
  • Participating in inventory counts and matching results with records.

Requirements:
  • One year of hands-on experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or warehouse management.
  • Preliminary certification in logistics and transportation (CILT) preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced skills in materials planning, monitoring, and warehouse management.

Role Objective:

  • Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.
  • Checks all incoming materials for possible damages, scratches or discrepancies and keeps the management adequately informed.
  • Ensures proper storage and release of supplies as requested ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.
  • Keeps an updated inventory and stock records of the supplies and equipment in store.
  • Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties and repairs.
  • Initiates materials request in coordination with project team and in parallel with stock balance.
  • Maintains the store/warehouse and records area in a neat and orderly manner.
  • Receives, stores, tags and tracks scrap items received from sites.
  • Takes necessary measures to ensure that materials are stored in a manner preventing damage or wastage.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge in the use of computer software applications and database management, as well as administrative procedures.
  • Maintains healthy relationships with suppliers.

People Management:
Assists in the training of new Storekeepers as and when required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
  • Minimum high school graduate - university degree from a professional institution is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years in Construction storekeeping job.
  • Business Ethics, Attention to details, Process Excellence, Time management, Customer service, Reliability.
