Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Storekeeper & Amenity Centre is responsible for overseeing the inventory of goods and supplies. Your duties will include:
  • Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming goods and supplies against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Organizing and storing products efficiently.
  • Monitoring stock levels and notifying management when stock is low.
  • Ensuring proper labeling and handling of items to meet safety standards.
  • Presenting a clean and professional appearance at all times.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in spoken English.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Willingness to work extended duty hours.

  • Issuance and Tracking: Process issue requests from drilling crews and other authorized personnel, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. Maintain detailed records of equipment and material usage, tracking location and return. Implement procedures for return, repair, and disposal of used equipment and materials. Ensure proper labeling and identification of all inventory items.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Implement best practices for material handling and storage to maximize space utilization. Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and tools for functionality and safety. Report any potential safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage patterns, and cost per unit. Assist with implementation of inventory control initiatives and process improvements.
  • Other Duties: Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as assigned. Stay up-to-date on company policies and safety procedures. Maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues and external vendors.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management in a fast-paced environment.
