The Role

The Role
This position involves overseeing all operational and business responsibilities of the store. Duties include:
- Managing overall store operations and ensuring all essential elements are upgraded.
- Handling financial elements including daily revenue collections and bank deposits.
- Planning weekly work schedules and assigning daily tasks to staff.
- Conducting daily meetings to discuss roles and responsibilities with employees.
- Training and supervising new employees, providing feedback for improvement.
- Maintaining inventory levels and conducting monthly inventory counts.
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines for product displays.
- Offering excellent customer service and managing customer complaints proactively.
- Achieving monthly and yearly revenue sales targets.
- Monitoring workplace health and safety standards.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail role.
- Strong resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent service-oriented and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills for dealing with numerical data.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
