The Role
This position involves overseeing all operational and business responsibilities of the store. Duties include:

• Managing overall store operations and ensuring all essential elements are upgraded.
• Handling financial elements including daily revenue collections and bank deposits.
• Planning weekly work schedules and assigning daily tasks to staff.
• Conducting daily meetings to discuss roles and responsibilities with employees.
• Training and supervising new employees, providing feedback for improvement.
• Maintaining inventory levels and conducting monthly inventory counts.
• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines for product displays.
• Offering excellent customer service and managing customer complaints proactively.
• Achieving monthly and yearly revenue sales targets.
• Monitoring workplace health and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail role.
• Strong resourcefulness and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent service-oriented and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills for dealing with numerical data.
