We are seeking a skilled and reliable Freelance Videographer for a 2-month contract to support our Moving Scientific Exhibition in Saudi Arabia.

Location: Riyadh, Dammam, Ha'il, Makkah, Abha
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Duration: 1 Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture daily highlights of the exhibition, including interactive activities, student engagement, and venue setup.
• Deliver one edited video (12 minutes) per day summarizing exhibition activities.
• Provide a set of professionally edited photos for each school or location visited.
• Coordinate with the exhibition and communications teams to ensure key moments and branding are captured.
• Maintain an organized archive of footage and photos throughout the journey.
• Travel with the exhibition team and adapt to various locations and shooting environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in videography, preferably for educational, public engagement, or field-based projects.
• Proficient in editing software (*, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Equipped with personal professional-grade camera gear, lenses, audio equipment, and editing tools.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily delivery deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and work across multiple cities.
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager – Sales & Distribution to lead our national sales and distribution operations at The Bridge Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, understand modern and traditional trade, and possess hands-on experience with logistics and supply chain functions to ensure efficient product delivery and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
  Develop and implement annual sales plans in alignment with business goals. Drive revenue growth across GT, MT, e-commerce, and institutional channels. Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve volume and value targets. Manage P&L for the sales function.
• Distribution & Logistics:
  Oversee end-to-end distribution operations ensuring high service levels and cost efficiency. Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and dispatch planning. Strengthen last-mile delivery and distribution network across geographies. Implement and monitor distributor performance metrics and service agreements.
• Market Development:
  Expand footprint in underpenetrated markets. Launch new products and drive market activation plans. Build strong trade and channel partnerships.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Leverage sales data and insights for forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation. Monitor key KPIs including secondary sales, coverage, productivity, and fill rates.

Desired Profile:

• Experience: 15+ years in FMCG Sales & Distribution with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Qualification: MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding of logistics. Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and modern sales reporting systems.
