Position Objective:
Enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers by creating visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing displays for a store or a large department within the store. Working closely with the senior visual merchandisers team you will assist in implementing and maintaining the store's visual standards to drive sales and brand image for a small store or a department within a store.

Key Responsibility:

• Collaborate with maintenance and cleaning staff to uphold the visual standards of a small store or a department within a store.
• Provide guidance and training to store staff on maintaining visual standards and ensuring a cohesive brand image.
• Propose changes to improve the overall shopping experience and maximize sales potential.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback and sales data.
• Communicate any deviations or challenges to the Visual Merchandiser for resolution.
• Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye-catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
• Implement the brand specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guide.
• Take photographs in every change done in the merchandise display.
• Make use of creative lighting for windows.
• Maximize placement of new lines, re-merchandising the store when new trends build.
• Create layout of the store according to its categories.
• Ensure proper merchandising of the items.
• Collect review and feedback of the merchandise.

Other Responsibilities:

• Work with the senior Visual Merchandising team and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Involve in Pre-Opening of the stores and timely visit to ensure that brand’s standard is properly implemented and followed.
• Conduct research of the current market trends and lifestyle.

Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 12 years of previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a visual merchandising or sales role, is essential. This background helps in understanding store operations, customer behavior, and how visual displays can influence purchasing decisions. Additionally, around 6 months – 1 year direct experience assisting in visual merchandising tasks, such as setting up displays, following planograms, and maintaining store aesthetics, is highly valuable.

About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Officer to manage purchasing activities, supplier relations, and inventory control in our Jeddah office. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, maintain optimal stock levels, and support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Duties:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best pricing and terms.
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor procurement timelines to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with departments to assess procurement needs and budget constraints.

Inventory Management Duties:

• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits (physical & system-based).
• Track inventory movement (receipts, issues, returns) using ERP/software.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of inventory.
• Identify slow-moving/obsolete stock and recommend disposal strategies.
• Generate inventory reports (stock levels, consumption trends, shortages).

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and KSA procurement regulations.
• Assist in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely inbound/outbound shipments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 35 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory software.
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Location: Must be based in Jeddah.
