About the Job
As a Visual Merchandiser at Apparel Group, you will play a pivotal role in developing, delivering, and communicating visual concepts that promote our brand, products, and services in-store. Your expertise will be key in training and coaching the store team to perform merchandising tasks that are aligned with the brand's standards and commercial goals.

Position Objective
The position is responsible for ensuring that the brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved both in windows and in-store, through eye-catching displays that incorporate commercial sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinating store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans to maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in-store layout.
• Capture photographs of changes made to merchandise displays.
• Utilize creative lighting to enhance window displays.
• Maximize the placement of new lines and re-merchandise the store as trends change.
• Create layouts of the store according to its categories.
• Ensure proper merchandising of items.
• Collaborate closely with operations and brand management teams to enhance sales.
• Involve in the pre-opening of stores to ensure standards are implemented correctly.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and lifestyles.
