Join National Aquaculture Group as a Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our packaging warehouse operations. This role involves leading a team, ensuring the quality of incoming materials, managing inventory, and maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Leadership: Mentor, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; schedule shifts; and manage employee concerns.
  • Receiving and Storage: Oversee incoming materials, inspect for quality, and maintain organized storage.
  • Issuing and Distribution: Manage issuing of materials to production; ensure timely delivery.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and conduct regular counts; investigate discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Enforce quality procedures and inspect returned materials.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety regulations; conduct inspections and promote safety culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare reports and communicate effectively with other departments.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 510 years of warehouse supervision experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Availability for flexible working hours.
