We are seeking a professional and friendly In Room Dining Server to provide exceptional service at our luxurious hotel in Jeddah. This role offers the opportunity to engage with guests, assist them with their dining needs, and contribute to an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items.
• Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requests.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
• Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Establish rapport with guests and maintain good customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is preferred.
