Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest queries efficiently and courteously.
• Possess extensive knowledge of menu offerings.
• Ensure that the mis-en-place is adequately stocked at all stations.
• Practice Hilton grooming standards including uniform dress code and personal hygiene.
• Deliver food and beverage orders of consistently good quality in a timely manner.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health safety legislation.
